AG 20th anniversary plans?

My memories of the 1980s are blurred because I spent the first half working non-stop and the second half having two kids in extremely quick succession. Perhaps those with clearer recollections can suggest what a 1980s doll would have?

This is fun! I hope someone from AG really does take a peek. Two years isn't much lead time, assuming they aren't already planning something wonderful for the 20th anniversary.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I was 6 in 1984, so I don't really know what a 10 year old would like but I liked Cabbage Patch Kids, Care Bears, the following year I was into Pound Puppies. I plan on making a mini-me American Girl of the late 80's/early 90's. She'll be a little younger than 10, I think. Maybe 8.
